“The pool and sauna were closed and had been for a while. I attempted to get a refund but was told because the website informed that the pool was closed I could not. They said they might (couldn’t promise anything) comp me for the extra days but I would have to pay for that night. I checked the website again and them informing people of the closure is a small text at the bottom of their front page, hardly a real notification. The room was less than well taken care of, the bathroom door had holes……

“We were very disappointed with this hotel. The front desk man was rude upon arrival and acted as though he was inconvenienced to check us in. The room was very dirty, stains and finger prints all over, and hairs in the “clean” shower. Parking was terrible, especially after we got back from dinner. The pool area is older and in need of updating, but our child did have a lot of fun. This hotel is not worth the price! Very thankful we only stayed one night.”

“The staff was very friendly. They had two gambling machines in the hallway next to the pool. Which was pretty awesome. I won $200. My mother-in-law won 100 bucks the bathrooms in the hotel room were not the cleanest they could use a little updating. To be honest the hotel and the hallway just had a very strong smell of the Indian culture. Like someone was cooking food or something. Strong spices in the air. Expedia charged me $189. The hotel was charging $144. when I checked out the receipt I……

“Terrible property that has no business charging what it does. Room was so humid the sheets were damp. Everything is super worn down. Random woman outside was looking in people's windows. The receptionist was impossible to understand due to his accent. We left and booked a room elsewhere. Now I'm out $200 and deleted the Expedia app because I know the hoops I have to jump through to get a refund. I'm tired of this and done.”
